Step 1: Needs Analysis & Expert Consultation
We start by deeply understanding your target market, business model, and specific requirements (commercial gym, hotel, home use, etc.).

Step 2: Quotation & Sample Validation
You will receive a detailed, itemized quotation with clear specs, FOB/EXW prices, and lead times.
For key products, we strongly recommend sampling. We can arrange sample production for your hands-on quality and function check before bulk order.
Step 3: Contract & Production Launch
Upon final confirmation, we issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract.
After receiving your deposit, the order is scheduled. We provide a confirmed production timeline. For custom items (logo, color, design), mold costs and terms will be transparently communicated upfront.
Step 4: Production Monitoring & QC
We don’t just manufacture; we manage and communicate. You’ll receive regular updates.
Pre-shipment Inspection is standard: We conduct in-factory QC and share inspection reports with photos/videos for your approval before shipping.
Step 5: Logistics & After-Sales Support
We handle all export procedures. Based on your needs, we can ship FOB, CIF, or DAP to your nearest port.
Our partnership continues after delivery. We provide commercial warranty, user manuals, installation guides, and lifelong spare parts support.
